Doors 6:30pm Chazz Palminteri wrote and starred in the one-man play "A Bronx Tale" in 1988, depicting his tough childhood and turning down Hollywood offers to retain control over his story. With Robert De Niro's support, Palminteri wrote the film's screenplay and later adapted it for Broadway.
